If your phone does not recognize the USB stick, try uninstalling the app, restarting the phone, and manually downloading the BLANBOK+ app from the App Store. If you have used iCloud to back up your files, you'll need to download the files from iCloud to your phone or iPad before copying them to the USB flash drive.

The USB flash drive is only compatible with Android phones that have OTG function. You can find the external USB storage in the "File Manager" app of your phone. If your phone doesn't work, you may need to open the phone settings to enable the OTG connection.

Please note that you cannot transfer or view media files downloaded from iTunes or other third-party applications due to digital rights management protection. The recommended format for small-capacity lightning flash drives is FAT32 for better compatibility, while large-capacity USB flash drives are recommended to be formatted as exFAT>FAT32.

After using the photo stick, make sure to turn off the apps related to the iPhone flash drive and unplug the USB flash drive gently to prevent damage to the files.
