Please Note:

1. Files downloaded from iTunes or other third-party applications cannot be transferred or viewed due to digital rights management protection.

2. After using the photo stick, please make sure to turn off the related app before unplugging the flash drive to prevent data damage.

3. If you previously used iCloud, you need to download files to your iPhone/iPad and then copy them to the external storage.

4. Some phone cases may interfere with the connection between the phone and flash drive. Please remove the phone case and try again if you experience connection issues.

5. To ensure continuous power supply, we recommend setting your phone to "never" turn off the screen when transferring large files.
